Originally built in 1899, this single-family home had two levels, each only 12’ wide by 31’ long, totaling less than 800 square feet prior to renovation. Revamp expanded and transformed the property into 2300 sq ft of light-filled living space. Partnering with WorkOf, we filled the house with original furnishings from boutique fabricators, embodying the creative yet sophisticated design intent.
